Yes, I Eat Pie For Breakfast
Lemon Meringue Pie = Happy Birthday Dustin!
He's 27 years old today and Lemon Meringue Pie is still his favorite. Bar. None.
His Nana and his mom have made it for him, with a graham cracker crust, for many, many years.
I have made it for him on his birthday for at least five years now.
Four of those five years I have made it with a regular pie crust. What's funny is that I ALWAYS go back and forth between which crust it's supposed to have.
Is it graham cracker or regular?? Graham cracker sounds great, but I don't think that's how his family makes it. Hmmm...Okay, regular it is.
It should have been graham cracker. It's ALWAYS graham cracker! Argh!
